This is the forum that I have chosen to document my body transformation as well as my lifestyle change. I hope to post here frequently however with how hectic life can be with a young family I may not be able to post as often as I would like. I am a 32 year old male I am 5’9″ and this morning I weighed in at 234 pounds. I hope to eventually get below the 200 mark, but I am not rushing it, if I can reach it by this time next year (Chrismas) then I will be a very happy person.
So far I have been like so many of the other stories that you hear, my wieght goes up and down like a yo yo, the lightest I have been was 223 which was on my wedding day June 2, 2007, and my heaviest I have been is 257 which was as recent as September 2009. I am currently on my fourth week of the abs diet plan and have been extremely happy with the plan and the rseult. I go to the gym five days a week and do resistance training MWF and cardio Tues and Thurs.
If you are reading this I would like to appologize now for my writing style as I have a very technical job where I am in codes and standards all day so my writing reflects that.
