This morning I had a great workout, it was a tough cardio session but I felt great when it was done.

I did 30 minutes on what I am going to call the shredding machine (i read Mens Health call it that) it is similar to an eliptical machine . 

Then I did the stairmaster and I did the famous steps, I climbed the equivalent of the Sears Tower in 20:57

All in all it was a good workout.
