Today I did a full body tri set circuit training where I workout my chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back and legs.  I did not have time to complete an ab workout this morning as it was a snow storm here and driving to the gym at 5 am was a little slower than normal. 

I followed the resistance training by 20 minutes on the treadmill with my standard sprints (2 min @ 6mph and 30 sec @9 mph) I covered 2.04 miles in 21 mins.

I weighed in down 1.2 lbs @ 233.4
