The weekend was ok, I had a cheat meal on staurday but it was lean steak and shrimp.

This morning I changed up my resistance training routine and it felt pretty good.  Once again I did a full body tri set routine.  I followed by doing sprints on the treadmill.  I had a lot of energy this morning propbable because i took the weekend off.  I weighed in at 232.2 this morning down 1.8 lbs from Friday.
