Today I had an ok workout, I got to the gym 15 minutes late so I felt a little bit rushed. I did the NROL Breakin B workout followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill. I weighed in at 223.4 which is really disapointing. On saturday I went to a 90 minute spin class and weighed in at 222.2. My goal wieght for our trip is 222 (it is also my number on the FD). I plan on picking up the intensity over the next week or so. The good news for today is I found a forum for the hotel that we are going to and everyone says that the gym facilities are amazing.
