I got to the gym a little bit late this morning and dragged my ass a little during the first part of the swim. I was up quite a bit last night, I didn’t get home from practice until 10, by the time I got to bed it was almost 11:30. Then my son woke up around 230 ready to go, I think he was asking about alien space ships and how they work but I don’t really remember, I can’t blame him he is so excited for our trip, it is an amazing to see. I went to a spin class and had to sit in the front row which I do not like but I really pushed it hard and had a great workout. When I weighed in today I was at 221.6 which is huge, but my new goal is to be somewhere in the 220 before saturday.
