We are back from vacation and it was amazing, I would recommend this the resort we stayed at to anybody who will listen and we will definitely be going back. While we were away I managed to get to the gym when I should have and walked a lot in order to get the baby to sleep in the stroller. THis helped me combat all the extra calories I was consuming in the form of ice-cold Coronas and Miami Vices, on top of all the food. I allowed myself one cheat day which was Friday that helped me get over my cravings. All in all I gained 3 lbs but I have lost it all already. When I weighed in this morning I was 222 exactly. This seems to be a challenge for me to get through as I always stall and hover around this weight. On Monday I started the NROL Fat Loss I program so hopefully the new routine plus the cardio will help me break this barrier.
