I havent been able to post anything for a little while, silly season has come (election year) and things at work have gone crazy. So I have been religious about going to the gym, and this week was a rollercoaster ride in terms of weight loss. I weighed in on Monday at 222.4 which was up from 218.4 last Wednesday, I weighed in this morning at 217.4, which is officially 40 lbs down since I started my journey. I am still doing the NROL fat loss I workout and I am almost done next week is the last week. I have increased the cardio that I am doing and picked up the intensity. This morning I covered 3.77 miles in 32 minutes it was really tough but I did it. Tomorrow is a 48 minutes swim followed by 90 min spin class.
