This week is the “rest” week of the couch to olympic triathlon training program that I am doing so, my long run today was only 30 mins. I managed to cover 3.82 mi in that time which is pretty impressive to me. I also did workout B from Fat loss 1 with heavy weights. I feel like I have extra energy so maybe I will go for another run tonight, if the children go to bed early and nicely. When i weighed myself this morning I was at 216.6, so it is looking like I might fall a little short on the 5% challenge but there is still hope.
