Yesterday I started the NROL Fat Loss II routine and my legs are extremely sore. I am having a hard time getting up from chairs and such. This morning I swam for 32 minutes then did a spin class, I am in pain. When I weighed in this morning I was at 213.4, I have decided that I would like to be 210 by the time next challenge starts on March 17, so I better pick it up.
My family is leaving this afternoon for a week in Florida and unfortunately I wont be able to join them. I have a huge honey do list that I plan on getting done. I am also excited to rent a blue ray and turn my home theatre system up past 1/4 for the first time since I have owned it. I am not sure if the eating is going to be easier or harder with everyone gone, my wife has been a huge help and driving force of my weight loss journey.
