Well my family is home from their vacation and life is getting back to normal. I am not the most popular person in the world right now. I went out and bought everyone a present, a toy for the baby, a new yoga mat for my wife and (this is where I went wrong) I bought my son 3 hermit crabs and all of the accessories that go with them. Well it turns out that my wife is completely horrified by them and had just told our son he couldnt have them on the last day of their trip. Needless to say when they came home and saw them in his room it was a shock to everyone.
I missed quite a few workouts while they were gone I went really hard on getting the work around the house done that I had to do and my men den is started to look the way I want it to. Saturday night i decided I was going to watch the home theatre/blue ray the way they are ment to be watched with the family gone, however the dog didnt like it so I still have not watch a movie with the volume turned up yet.
I did get back to the gym this morning, I swam for 40 minutes and then did a spin class. I really noticed that it was tough to keep the intensity up during both sessions, but I did the best I could. I weighed in today at 211.2 which means I have 1.2 lbs to go to meet my goal for the next challenge.
The next challenge I am going to go all out and really push myself. Hopefully I can manage to break the 200 barrier I guess we will see
