Getting all the journal entries and blogging done is going to be more of a challenge than I thought, the days get away from me, especially during this time of year.
This morning I got in a 30 minute swim where I completed 50 laps and then followed that by another spin class. My legs were hurting by the end of it. I weighed in at 211.8 which is down a pound.
Tonight I am going to try to get out with the family for a short bike ride before the bad weather comes back.
