We had a busy weekend on the home front, it was really hard to stay alcohol free, getting in 4 Ce was not that hard but the alcohol was hard. My wife and I did cooking together night where we normally have a bottle of wine and I managed to get through that, Sunday we went out for dinner with my father in law to one of our favorite restaurants and it was hard not to have a beer, but I did.
This morning I made it to the gym and did NROL Fat Loss II A workout followed by a 40 minute run on the treadmill. I weighed in at 209 even today. I can’t believe I actually am in single digits, but I am guessing that I will be up tomorrow. I have started to use the new heart rate monitor and it is amazing, I am so glad that I bought it.
Hopefully I will break into the 100’s by the end of the challenge, I am hoping that I am not going to get over-confident after a week of good weight loss.
