I slept in again by an hour I today I am not sure what is going on, I should be well rested from last weeks day of sleep.  When I finally managed to drag my but into the gym I started the NROL Fat Loss III workout.  I followed that by 30 mins on the treadmill.  My legs have already started to hurt, which is good.  I am scared for Wednesday when I typically do a long run after my RT session.  I weighed in at 201.8 and I have hit my 5% weigh loss goal number for this challenge, I would like to try to get down to 195 by then end of this challenge not sure if I can lose another 7 pounds in 3.5 weeks but I will try.

Yesterday I ran home from my mom’s house, which is 5.2 km, I finished it in 28 minutes.  The run started to make me worry about the triathlon that I will be doing, 10 km run after the swim and the bike, it might take me more than an hour which seems to be a long time, I hope I don’t embarrass myself too much.

  1. 5.2Km in 28 minutes is a hugh…I barely cover 3.1 in 32. Nice run. Something tells me you will do just fine in the 10k.

  3. Congratulations on your weightloss! Awesome job!

    As for embarrassing yourself…never! You have taken the step to compete in a tri which is something many people never will do. You should be proud and I know you will do awesome!
