Busy Busy Busy, life has gotten so busy over the last few weeks and will continue like this until at least October so I might as well suck it up and go with it. This weekend we are going to open the cottage so I will be surrounded by temptations as we will spending a lot of times in various bars and restaurants inevitably. Also we are going to be on the island so i am not sure how I will get my saturday workout in. It seems like almost every weekend of the summer has booked up. We have 2 weeks until the firefighters fundraiser it looks like things are coming together I have put flyers all over town and advertised in local papers and on the radio and tickets are starting to be hard to come by. If this is successful we stand to make a decent profit and we can make a significant donation to charity and hopefully by some medical equipment. My brothers stag and doe is coming up then my daughters first birthday is May 15. O well that is enough of that.
This morning I hit the gym fairly hard, I did NROL FL III workout A followed by the long run of my workout which is up to 77 minutes. I managed to go 9.1 miles afterwards I weighed in at 199.2 I am happy about being under 200 but I am only down 0.6 from last Wednesday so that is a little disappointing. I know I will be back up over 200 tomorrow. I am really considering switching to the TNT diet before I planned on it.
