Well I made it through the cottage weekend sober and with my CEs in tact. I was exhausted on Monday so I missed hitting the gym. I readjusted my schedule and I will have to do a double Rt next Friday.
This morning I swam for about 35 minutes and managed to do 1.1 km, I followed that up with an 84 minute run where I covered 10 miles. My legs are in some serious pain right now but it was worth it.
I plan on doing a mini triathlon on Friday morning at the gym, 1 km swim, 50 minute run (maybe 10 k) then an hour of spin class.
I weighed in this morning at 197.8, I think I may have broken the 200 mark for good. We will see tomorrow.
