Home 2 am woke up when for 30k bike ride at 530. coached soccer, golf tournament, home at 11 pm.
Yesterday we cooked a nice dinner and spent the day doing house work so I didn’t workout. I did count friday night as a RT and a CT though. Life is back to normal this week. Triathlon # 1 is this sunday, I am nervous and excited all at the same time. I am at a major crossroads with my training I can’t decide if I should go easy hard or harder this week leading up to the race. i think that I should go hard and make the race part of my training and not the pinnacle of what I am doing. I did go 75% today at the gym. I had to cut the run short but I did finish a 5k in 22 minutes flat after NROL Fat Loss I A workout.
