Well I have not lost all the weight that I gained over the weekend yet. I have been working out but not as hard as i can, I want to make sure that I can do the triathlon on sunday. I picked up the rental suit last night and things are looking promising. I am planning on biking the course tonight after work so that should be good for my confidence. I weighed in today at 194.2 last Friday I was 191. I think that I am going to refine my diet more, my wife has decided to do the Abs Diet hardcore so I will do that with her. I think that TNT will have to wait until the fall when all the fresh berries are not in season anymore. I am not getting much out of the Rt sessions lately I think my body is getting used to them. Next week I will go hard and then I will change-up the program again. I don’t know if I start the Hypertrophy program if that will make me gain weight or not so I don’t know if I should start it yet. I have a long way to go to hit my 5% weight loss challenge.
