Well I started the NROL Fat Loss 3 workout yesterday and have decided that I am going to do that 4 days a week for the next 3 weeks, which will take me to the end of the 52dc. I am having a hard time getting up from my chair again which is good. I think my body got used to the last routine and I was not getting anything out of it anymore.
I snuck over to the gym on lunch yesterday to hit a spin class but there were no bikes open. (It amazed me as there is room for 30+ people) so I did some rowing and stairmaster.
I have convinced my wife to do a try a tri but she is going to do the fat tire one by our house on July 18 so she doesn’t have to use a road bike and she can use her hybrid. I am excited for her I think she will do great. I am hopefully signing up for the next 2 tri’s tonight. I think I would also like to sign up for a half marathon before the end of the year. When I was at the tri on the weekend I met a guy who was in the same situation as me and his goal was to run the lake placid Ironman by the time he is 40 (next year) This inspired me to was to do an Ironman before I turn 35. So that is now officially going on the bucket list as of right now.
Same old stuff going on here, not much else new.
