Well on saturday i weighed in at 190.8. I am now back up a bit to 191.4. I am getting sick of being at this weight but I am not sure if I can actually cut my calories down as I always feel hungry with what I eat now. My body is asking for some rest so I will probably take sunday off this weekend.
Next week I am going to start the Urbanathlon training program i am pretty excited. I am not sure how I am going to fit it all in, I might go to the gym, change and then go for a run come back and work out. I am really excited to start the parkour training it looks like it will be fun. I was also hoping to get to another yoga class friday at lunch but unfortunately a meeting came up that i cant get out of so it looks like it will have to be next week.
