I am starting to knock off my goals one by one, it seems as if the last one will be the road bike goal which wont get completed until Friday night after work as I will be biking to my wifes grandparents for dinner. Last night i listened to my wife and went to bed early (9:30) and I couldn’t believe the difference it made it my energy level at the gym this morning . I am going to try to go to bed early more often. This morning at i swam for 25 minutes, went on the rowing machine for 25 minutes the stepper for 20 minutes and then did an hour spin class. i still only weighed in at 191. Now I am getting tired of this plateau and I am going to get past it. I might go and order the TNT Diet book shortly I think a change in the way I eat might get things started again.
