Wow it has been quite a while since I have put anything on here. Life has been crazy busy. I am currently reading the TNT diet and trying to figure out if I should convert. My family will not be converting so if I do it, it will be on my own.
The week up at the cottage was nice we stated off with the triathlon, I finished the sprint in an hour and 28 minutes. then we just relaxed and enjoyed the cottage for the rest of the week. I got a couple of workouts in while we were there but I didn’t think it was fair to leave the family alone while I worked out. I don’t see them as much as I would like. The week mostly off gave my body a chance to rest.
I am still stuck at 195 and it is getting really frustrating, I have tried eating more that didn’t work, I have tried eating less that hasn’t worked, I have tried picking up the volume and the intensity of my workouts and that hasn’t worked. I guess I will just start to concentrate on body composition.
