Wow it has been a little while since my last post. What can I say life gets a little busy at this time of year. Our Arena should be completed within the next month or so which means I wont have to make daily trips over there and spend copious amounts of time sorting out the problems.
These push ups are starting to kill me how did I think it would be a good idea to do 10400 push ups? Well basically I have to do 325 push ups in the morning and in the night until the end of this challenge. I have also started to pick up my frequency doing a double workout yesterday and one today and then triples on thursday and friday. I am going to hit all my goals except the weight goal. for whatever reason the scale is not cooperating no matter what I do. I am slowly resolving to the fact that I may be at my ideal weight but I really don’t want to accept it. I want to be in the 180’s.
