Thank God another challenge has started! I feel so lost and slip a bit in between challenges. I love the posting and the community support and still need it after a year.
I was away on a conference last week so I had to make do with what I could. The gym at the resort was horrible the max speed of the treadmill was 5.5 mph I don’t think I have ever run such a long 5k. So I decided to do something different which I loved I picked the longest steepest ski slope and ran up and down it. http://www.bluemountain.ca/resortmap/layout.php I ran up the waterfall trail and down the southern comfort run. the next day I ran up the schuss trail and down the north double. I also biked up the mountain and got in a lot of outside running.
Today I weighed in at 195.6 lbs which means I am still in my plateau but I am hoping the extra motivation of a side challenge with jags318 will help me push through. This morning I did NROL Hypertrophy A followed by a spin class and I am feeling it.
The goal today is to take a one year update picture and post tomorrow so everyone can get an idea where I have been and where I am now.
