Wow, this morning I woke up and I was really sore. Today is my 33rd birthday and I hope the soreness wasnt a sign of what is to come. Yesterday I ran 10 miles then did a spin class and walked another 2 miles at lunch with a lady at work so I am hoping that all the exercise I did has something to do with it.
The drive to 185 is well on its way, I weighed in today at 193.6 so another 8.6 lbs to go. I cannot believe how hard it is to drop the weight these days. I read somewhere that I should try eating at maintenance for a couple of weeks and then start to diet again and that might work. At this point I am ready to try anything. I am also starting ti concentrate on body fat% as I am getting sick of looking at the layer of fat I have. I am ready to see my bottom abs so I will have to pick up the intensity and frequency of my workouts again.
